At Marcela Gifts, every piece we create is made by hand — with the same care, patience, and attention our family has poured into heirloom keepsakes for over 40 years. Because our pieces are truly custom and often personalized just for your little one, we ask for a little time to do them justice. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

Production Times

Personalized & Handmade Items — 2 to 3 Weeks

Most of our handmade and personalized pieces are made to order, one at a time, just for you. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your order ships. We begin work on each order as it comes in, in the sequence it's received.

As well as our Bible, linen hanging pillows, announcement pillow, and our handmade accessories and jewelry pieces.

In-Stock Apparel — Ships in 24 to 48 Hours

Many of our apparel pieces are ready to go. If your item is in stock, it will ship within 24–48 hours of your order being placed.

Because our pieces are handmade to order, we don't offer express shipping at checkout — even with expedited shipping, we still need time to lovingly create your piece.

Need It Sooner? Ask About Rush Production

We understand that sometimes life doesn't wait — a baby shower, a christening, a birthday that's arrived faster than expected. That's why we offer rush production, with two options to choose from at checkout:

• Rush Production Only — your order is moved to the front of our production queue, then ships standard once complete.
• Rush Production + Upgraded Shipping — your order is moved to the front of the queue and automatically upgraded to 2-Day Air shipping, so it reaches you as quickly as possible from the moment it leaves our hands.

Either way, you'll receive the same handcrafted quality you expect from us — just faster. Reach out to our team and we'll do everything we can to make your date.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is ready, we ship it using UPS, FedEx, or USPS for domestic orders, and FedEx International Connect Plus for international orders. We choose the carrier based on your location, shipping rate, and how quickly your order needs to arrive, so you get the best delivery option every time. You'll automatically receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey to your door.
